At Ruffwear UK, we want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are clean, free of dog hair, and have the original tags attached before placing them in a secure mailing bag.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
